Minister of State Ablonczy pointed out that between January and April of last year, consular offices handled approximately 2,500 cases of Canadians in distress abroad.

Early Beaver Builds the best Beaver Lodge

The recent Globe and Mail article on The Beaver's New Brand:  Eco Saviour reminds me that it is time to get ready for a spring road trip as you never no what will be in store.  Last year about this time we did a road trip in the Algonquin Park area where we saw deer, mink, wild turkey and a lone Beaver out on the ice starting to repair his beaver hut.  He or she was dragging bits of mud. to patch up the homestead.  See spring wildlife
